About this disclosure
WeTotalCare facilitates access to telehealth services provided by licensed healthcare professionals through a third-party telemedicine provider network. Telemedicine consultations, medical evaluations, and prescribing decisions are performed by independent, licensed healthcare providers in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Telemedicine Provider Networks
WeTotalCare facilitates access to two independent, licensed telemedicine provider networks, each operating on behalf of WeTotalCare for a distinct type of care. Patients are informed of the identity, credentials, and applicable state licensure of their treating provider prior to and during the consultation process, including within the telehealth consent and consultation interface.
1. Compounded Therapy Programs — Qualiphy provider network. Weight management, HRT, TRT, sexual wellness, hair loss, and longevity & peptide programs are evaluated and (when clinically appropriate) prescribed through the Qualiphy provider network. Dr. Hridyesh Nat, MD serves as our Medical Director and is the prescribing physician for every approved compounded-therapy intake through the Qualiphy network.
2. Virtual Primary & Urgent Care — Lyric Health provider network. UrgentCare+ visits and unlimited $0 virtual primary-care visits available to active members are delivered by independent licensed U.S. providers contracted through the Lyric Health (MyTelemedicine) provider network. That network maintains its own state-licensed clinical staff covering all 50 U.S. states.

Provider licensure information is maintained in compliance with state requirements. Pharmacy & Prescription Fulfillment
Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are issued by licensed healthcare providers and dispensed by licensed pharmacies. WeTotalCare does not compound, manufacture, or dispense medications. Compounded medications, where applicable, are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Patient Rights & Emergency Care
Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately. Patients have the right to receive information about their treating provider, ask questions during the consultation, and decline any recommended treatment. Patients may also request a copy of their medical records by contacting info@wetotalcare.com.
