WeTotalCare itself is not a medical group. We facilitate access to two independent, licensed telemedicine provider networks, each suited to a different type of care:
Compounded therapy programs
Qualiphy provider network
Weight management, HRT, TRT, sexual wellness, hair loss, and longevity & peptide programs are evaluated by the Qualiphy network, where Hridyesh Nat, MD serves as our Medical Director and is the prescribing physician for every approved compounded-therapy intake.
Virtual primary & urgent care
Lyric Health provider network
UrgentCare+ visits and unlimited $0 virtual primary-care visits are delivered by independent licensed U.S. providers contracted through the Lyric Health (MyTelemedicine) network, which maintains its own state-licensed clinical staff in all 50 states.
Provider Network clinicians act in their independent professional judgment. WeTotalCare does not practice medicine, dispense medications, or override clinical decisions.

Dr. Hridyesh Nat is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience in both direct patient care and leadership roles. He has extensive experience in telehealth, weight management, hair restoration, and anti-aging.
Dr. Nat is recognized for his strong communication skills, empathetic approach, and dedication to high-quality medical care. His professional achievements include awards for excellence in medicine, and he maintains active membership in the American Medical Association.
