Do I need insurance?

Yes. WeTotalCare provides nationwide coverage across the United States, subject to provider availability and state regulations.

Are wellness programs included?
Members receive 20% off all wellness programs when signed in. Program availability may vary by membership tier, with specialized services offered as optional add-ons.
Is this for emergencies?
No. WeTotalCare is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Are prescriptions included?
Prescriptions are provided when medically appropriate, at the discretion of a licensed healthcare provider.
As part of your WeTotalCare membership, members have access to 1,000+ commonly used medications at no cost through our prescription savings program. For medications outside this list, members receive additional discounts using the WeTotalCare member discount card at participating pharmacies.
Medication fulfillment is handled by partner pharmacies and your local pharmacy.

Why are there two logins?
WeTotalCare have licensed medical providers and specialized clinical platforms to deliver high-quality care.
You may use:
- One login for your WeTotalCare membership for urgent, individual, or family care services
- A separate secure login for wellness programs, including specialized services and program management
While these services use different portals, everything is connected. As a WeTotalCare member, you’ll automatically receive 20% off wellness programs when signed in.
